IMPORTANT: The Insurance does not cover towing services, the loss of license plates and Penalty fee, damages less than 10% of the deductible will be covered in total for the client, Partial damage (flat tires, broken mirrors, broken parts inside the vehicle), scratches, dents have to be significant like we need to repair or replace the piece less than the deductible is the full responsibility of the customer.

Rental Period

The rental days are calculated over 24 hours, from the pre-established delivery time. Minimum rental duration 72 hours, with 30 minutes tolerance for return, after 30 minutes tolerance will be charged $250.00 pesos per hour. After 3 hours, a full day’s rent will be charged.

How much we request for the hold

  •  Security Deposit Cars: $5,000 Pesos
  • Security Deposit Suv´s and Minivans: $8,000 Pesos
  •  Security Deposit Vans Express: $12,000 Pesos

The hold will be on your Credit Card or Debit Card, and the end of the car rental will be released on your credit card or Debit card.

Payment

We receive Visa, Mastercard, and Amex you can also pay by cash only in Mexican pesos, and Debit or credit cards are accepted and Apple Pay

Return the Car

Do I need to return the rental car with a full tank?

The vehicle is delivered wash and vacuum with the same level of gasoline as the one delivered, so the return must be delivered in the same way. Otherwise there is an additional charge set by Oh! Car Rental, NO refund for unused gasoline, We recommend to schedule the return of the vehicle with 30 minutes before so as not to delay your departure

If I’m a few minutes late to return the car, will I be charged?

Return the car on time, Timely returns are really important in the world of car rentals. If someone returns a car late, then the next customers can’t start their reservation on time. We’re trying to make sure that clients get their cars when they need them. The maximum period of tolerance at no additional charge is 30 minutes, after this period you will be charged $250 MXN for each hour of delay, considered from the original return time and up to a maximum of 3 hours. After this period you will be charged one extra day.
